Do you charge for estimates?
Estimates for new systems are free. Repair visits have a $95 diagnostic fee, which we take off the bill if you go ahead with the repair.
How soon can you get here?
Call before noon and we can usually reach you the same day. In heatwaves and cold snaps, plan members are booked first.
Should I repair or replace my system?
If it's under 12 years old, a repair usually makes sense. If it's over 15 and the repair costs more than a third of a new system, replacing it is often better. We'll show you both prices.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. New systems can be financed over 12 to 84 months, subject to credit approval.
How often should I change my filter?
Every one to three months, depending on the filter and whether you have pets.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're licensed and insured, and every technician is background-checked.
