A family company that answers the phone
Fairweather has kept Kansas City homes comfortable since 2004.
Dana Okafor started Fairweather with one van after 12 years as a technician for a large chain. Dana had grown tired of being told to sell systems people didn't need.
Today we run 14 trucks across the metro, and the rule hasn't changed. Technicians are paid for good work, not for what they sell. If your furnace needs a $40 part, that's what you'll pay for.
Why people call us back
Price before work
You approve a written price first. It doesn't change once we've started.
Same-day service
Call before noon, and a technician is usually at your door that day.
Repair first
If a repair makes sense, we'll say so, even when a new system would pay us more.
Clean work
Boot covers, drop cloths and a tidy utility room when we leave.
The people you'll meet
Dana Okafor
Founder
Still takes a call most weeks, and still reads every review.
Luis Marroquin
Service manager
NATE-certified, with 18 years in the field. Trains every new technician.
Priya Raman
Comfort advisor
Measures homes for new systems, and shows you the numbers behind each option.
Too hot or too cold right now?
Call before noon and we'll usually be there today. You'll get a written price before we start.
