Ampersand was started in 2011 by two electricians who wanted to do it properly.
Nadia Haddad and Jesse Tso met as apprentices on commercial sites in Tempe. They named the company for the way they work: you and your electrician, on the same side.
We've grown to nine crews, all employed by us and none subcontracted. Everyone who touches your panel is licensed, trained by us and covered by our guarantee.
